  • Jessica Gaber, MSW, RSW | Research Coordinator, Program Coordinator, McMaster University.

Jessica Gaber is a social worker with experience in three sides of social work practice: community development, clinical work, and research. Overall, her focus is on projects that can transform communities, bring voice to vulnerable populations, and make needed change. She is a Research Coordinator with the McMaster University Department of Family Medicine and has been with the department since 2014. With the CHAP team, she works with the CHAP-Community, Coalitions, Engagement and Cardiovascular Health (CHAP-CCEC) Project and the Community Health Assessment Program in the Philippines (CHAP-P).

  • Arvie G Arcillas,  Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine, Philippines.
  • Maria Carlotta Lim,  Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine, Philippines.

Maria Carlotta B. Lim has been the Data Manager with the Community Health Assessment Program in the Philippines (CHAP-P) since June 2016. Prior to this, she worked at Ateneo de Zamboanga University – School of Medicine as Admission/Scholarship/Registrar for 9 years. She holds a BSc in Management Accounting.  Maria helps plan, implement programs and train community coordinators/volunteers and research assistants in the use of the CHAP database. She also helps manage the budget and financial reporting.

  • Rowayne Cecil Mandi,  Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine, Philippines.

Rowayne  Mandi  is the administrative assistant of Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine and part-time data manager of the Community Health Assessment Program in the Philippines, a project grant spearheaded by the McMaster University in Canada and funded by the International Development Research  Centre. Rowayne completed her undergraduate  degree  in accountancy in the Philippines. Her previous experience includes roles in scholarship administration and budget management in health equity and social investment initiatives.

  • Kristian Tan, Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine, Philippines.

Kristian Tan is a Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and also a Registered Nurse. Previously affiliated with Manpower Agency of Nurses as a Senior Special Private Nurse  attending from newborn to elderly with acute, chronic, or critically ill requiring medical care at Ciudad Medical Hospital and Zamboanga Peninsula Medical Hospital.

  • Phillip John Acapulco,  Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine, Philippines.
  • Francine Marzanek BSc, BEd  | Planificatrice du PSSC, Département de médecine de famille, McMaster University.

Francine Marzanek est planificatrice de projet pour le PSSC; elle s’est jointe au Département de médecine de famille de l’Université McMaster en 2009. Elle a travaillé pendant cinq ans à l’Unité de santé Brant County sur des stratégies de promotion de la santé communautaire. En tant que coordonnatrice de recherche à l’Université McMaster, elle a été impliquée dans la planification, la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation de plusieurs études de promotion de la santé, incluant la Truckers Research for Innovative Health Promotion Programs et le PSSC. Ses intérêts de recherche sont surtout reliés à la promotion de la santé cardiovasculaire, à la prévention des maladies chroniques et aux réseaux de collaboration développés au niveau de la collectivité dans le but d’appuyer ces initiatives.

  • Alison Jenkins Jayman, PhD | Associée de recherche, Université de York.

Alison Jenkins Jayman détient un doctorat en sociologie de l’Université de York. Ses intérêts de recherche incluent entre autre les inégalités sociales, les soins de santé, et les politiques publiques au Canada et à travers le monde.
